Sylhet range DIG transferred to Special Branch

Sylhet Office : Sylhet Range Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Dr Md Zillur Rahman has been transferred to the Special Branch (SB) of police.
SB DIG Mohammad Jahangir Hossain has been appointed as his replacement in Sylhet.
The Home Ministry issued a notification on Sunday, saying Zillur Rahman had been transferred to Dhaka as an SB DIG, while Jahangir Hossain had been transferred to Sylhet as the range DIG.
The order, issued in the public interest, will take effect immediately.
