The three-day ‘Flow Fest 2025 wrapped up today at Justice Shahabuddin Park in Gulshan-2, leaving participants refreshed and inspired under the festival’s theme “Wellness as a Collective Experience.”
The event, which began on 6 November, brought together fitness enthusiasts, families, and wellness advocates for over 100 interactive sessions celebrating holistic health and community well-being.
Each morning began with a Park Run, followed by sessions in sunrise yoga, breath work, martial arts, and strength training led by both international coaches and local experts, including Ken Yamamoto, Michelle Tan, Sejal Thakkar, and Akiko.
Beyond physical fitness, the festival encouraged creative expression through the Art Soul Zone, where participants explored journaling, pottery, painting, and mindful crafts guided by local artists.
For younger visitors, Flow Fest featured dedicated children’s activities such as storytelling, Zumba, and playful fitness challenges to promote early awareness of health and mindfulness.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, attendees enjoyed live music, salsa performances, and stand-up comedy shows throughout the day. More than 150 brands showcased products ranging from clothing, jewellery, and wellness goods to Royal Enfield motorcycles and Mercedes-Benz cars. Around 30 food vendors offered healthy and vegetarian-friendly cuisines to support the festival’s wellness mission.
A highlight of the event was the launch of author Sam Dalrymple’s new book, Shattered Lands, exploring stories of resilience and renewal. Visitors had the opportunity to meet and interact with the author in person.
The festival, open to all and free of charge from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., successfully blended movement, mindfulness, art, and community spirit reaffirming Flow Fest’s growing reputation as Bangladesh’s leading platform for holistic well-being.
