Court cancels case against Mirza Abbas over plot allocation

The Supreme Court’s Appellate Division has cancelled a case filed over allegations of irregularities in plot allocation against BNP Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas.
The order was issued by Justice Jubayer Rahman Chowdhury on Wednesday.
Senior lawyers Adv Jaynul Abedin and Barrister Ruhul Quddus Kajol were present in the court for Mirza Abbas.
