Child found dead in Moulvibazar

Moulvibazar Correspondent : Police recovered the body of a child from the side of a rail track at Kamalganj upazila in Moulvibazar district on Thursday morning.

Deceased’s identity, age around 11, could not be known immediately.

Sreemangal Railway Police Station sub-inspector Md Nafil Uddin said locals saw the body in the side of a trail track at Gobindapur village under Shamshernagar union in morning and informed police.

Being informed, police rushed there and recovered the body.

The child was a street boy and he might have fell from a train, the official added.
