Bangladesh local government minister signs condolence book over death of Norway’s king Harald V

Bangladesh has expressed deep sorrow and condolences over the death of Norway’s King Harald V on behalf of the government and people of the country.
Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Dr Abdul Moin Khan signed the condolence book at the Norwegian Embassy in Dhaka on Monday.
While signing the book, the minister conveyed the government and people of Bangladesh’s deepest condolences to the Norwegian royal family, government and people over the king’s death.
King Harald V of Norway died on August 28, 2026. The Norwegian Embassy in Dhaka opened a condolence book to allow people to pay their respects following his death.
Norwegian Ambassador to Bangladesh Håkon Arald Gulbrandsen was present on the occasion.
