Mixed Salad with Beef

Ingredients:
* Beef– 0.2 kg beef strips or lean ground beef
* Beef Marinade– 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and ½ tsp garlic powder
* Veggies–1 large cucumber (diced or thinly sliced), 1 capsicum (diced), and 1 carrot (julienned or grated)
* Yogurt Dressing– ¾ cup plain or Greek yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp chili flakes, and salt/pepper to taste
Method:
1. Toss the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Let it marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef until browned and fully cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Remove and set aside to cool slightly.
2. Wash and chop your cucumber, capsicum, and carrot. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a separate small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour the yogurt dressing over the prepped vegetables and mix well. Gently fold in the cooked, warm or room-temperature beef. Serve chilled or eat immediately!
