CA to meet political parties ahead of July Charter signing

Chief Adviser and head of National Consensus Commission, Professor Muhammad Yunus, will hold a meeting with political parties on Wednesday evening at Foreign Service Academy, ahead of the official signing of the ‘July National Charter 2025’ scheduled for October 17 at South Plaza of Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban.
The meeting, set to begin at 6 PM, will bring together representatives from all major political parties to discuss final preparations for the Charter signing and other related matters.
On Tuesday, National Consensus Commission sent the final version of the Charter to political parties, urging them to give a firm commitment to its full implementation.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Commission held a separate internal meeting at State Guest House Jamuna, chaired by Chief Adviser Prof Yunus.
Vice-Chairman of the Commission, Professor Ali Riaz, along with other commission members, attended the meeting.
National Security Adviser Dr Khalilur Rahman and Principal Secretary to the Chief Adviser M Siraz Uddin Miah were also present.
