Narkeler Sada Naru (Coconut Ladoo)

Ingredients:
* 2 cups coconut chopped (without skin)
* 1 cup sugar
* 3 pec green cardamom
* 4 tbps milk powder
* 1 tsp ghee
Method:
1. Add all the chopped coconut in a grinder and make a smooth great.
2. Take out all the grated coconut in mixture grinder then add sugar and green cardamom and powder it.
3. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a wok, put the grated coconut and roasted it.
4. Now add powder sugar and mix it well.
5. Reduce the flame after a while and then add the milk powder stir constantly. After few minutes cheak for doneness on the hand if you roll it, the hand should get slightly oily.
6. Now roll into small laddoos or nurus.
7. Keep the nuru in room temperature for few minutes to set and serve it melt in mouth delicious Bengali Naru.
