EU ambassador meets Rizvi

European Union (EU) Ambassador to Bangladesh Michael Miller paid a courtesy call on BNP Acting Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi in Dhaka on Tuesday.
The meeting was held at the BNP chairperson’s office in Gulshan at 3:00 PM.
During the meeting, the two sides held cordial discussions on strengthening friendly relations between Bangladesh and the European Union. The EU ambassador also expressed hope that ongoing development activities would gain further momentum.
They also discussed the Rohingya crisis, local government elections and Bangladesh’s graduation from the least developed country (LDC) category.
EU Political Officer Kamila Partika, along with Rizvi’s personal secretary (PS) and assistant personal secretary (APS), was present at the meeting.
