Litton Das to lead Bangladesh at Asian games

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the men’s cricket event at the 20th Asian Games, featuring a blend of youth and experience.
Wicketkeeper-batter Litton Kumar Das will captain the Bangladesh side, with Towhid Hridoy named vice-captain.
The batting lineup includes established names such as Litton, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Tanzid Hasan, and Parvez Hossain Emon. Mosaddek Hossain Saikat and Yasir Ali Chowdhury are also included to strengthen the middle order.
The team will have further balance through all-rounders Sheikh Mahedi Hasan and Saifuddin.
Bangladesh’s bowling attack features a mix of pace and spin, with Rishad Hossain, Nasum Ahmed, Shoriful Islam, Mustafizur Rahman, and Hasan Mahmud among the selected players.
