PM Tarique pays tribute at Zia and Khaleda’s graves

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Tuesday paid tribute at the graves of late President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, marking the 48th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

At around 9:30am, the prime minister led BNP acting Secretary General and other central leaders, as well as top leaders of the party’s associate and affiliated organisations, to Zia Udyan.

Leaders and activists from all levels of the party were also present on the occasion.

They paid their respects by placing flowers at the graves of the late President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia.
