Hamza becomes new brand ambassador of bKash

Bangladesh’s rising football star Hamza Choudhury has officially joined bKash as its new brand ambassador. The Bangladesh National Football Team midfielder and English club Leicester City player will work closely with bKash.
The partnership was formalized recently at a signing ceremony held at a hotel in the capital on 14 November. bKash Chief Marketing Officer Mir Nawbut Ali, Chief Legal Officer M Mazedul Islam, Chief External & Corporate Affairs Officer Major General Sheikh Md Monirul Islam (retd), Head of Brand Ashraf Ull Bari, and other senior officials attended the event.
Hamza, who has become one of the most influential figures in Bangladeshi sport in recent years, has earned admiration both on and off the pitch. Known for his international experience, discipline, and charismatic personality, he continues to be a role model for millions of young fans. Beyond football, Hamza is actively involved in social work, including supporting street children and funding an orphanage in Habiganj, Sylhet, near his family home.
As part of the collaboration, Hamza will appear in promotional campaigns aimed at encouraging wider adoption of digital financial services. Through this partnership, bKash hopes not only to enhance its brand presence but also to strengthen the country’s rapidly expanding digital financial ecosystem.
