US-Bangla adds third Airbus A330

Another wide-body Airbus has been added to the fleet of the private US-Bangla Airlines, aiming at expanding its operational capacity further.
With this, there are three airbuses for the airlines, said the press release.
The latest aircraft, having a capacity of 436 seats, landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 8:30 AM after flying in from Teruel, Spain.
The new Airbus was officially received by senior officials of the airline, said a media release issued on Tuesday.
As part of its future expansion plan, the newly added aircraft will be operated on routes to Jeddah, Riyadh and Madinah, it reads.
With the Airbus A330-300s, nine Boeing 737-800s and ten ATR 72-600s, US-Bangla now boasts a total of 25 aircraft, making it the largest airline in Bangladesh.
It currently operates flights on all domestic and 14 international routes, it added.
