Justice Md Akhtaruzzaman resigns

High Court division Justice Md Akhtaruzzaman has submitted his resignation letter amid inquiry against him by the Supreme Judicial Council.
A notification posted on the website of the Supreme Court on Sunday said Justice Md Akhtaruzzaman, who was under inquiry by the Supreme Judicial Council, has submitted his resignation letter to the President through the Chief Justice.
The Supreme Judicial Council earlier on August 26 concluded the final hearing concerning Justice Md Akhtaruzzaman.
