Child goes missing after falling from tourist boat in Tanguar Haor

A child named Masum has gone missing after falling into the water while visiting the popular tourist spot Tanguar Haor in Tahirpur, Sunamganj with his parents.
The incident occurred on Friday (August 15) afternoon when the child suddenly fell from a tourist boat into the haor and went missing.
A rescue operation was immediately launched by a team from Tahirpur Fire Service.
Tahirpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mohammad Delwar Hossain confirmed the incident, saying the child fell into the water from the boat while on a trip with his family. Efforts to locate and rescue him are currently underway.
