94 films certified for public screening in 10 months: BFCB

The Bangladesh Film Certification Board (BFCB) has certified a total of 94 films for public screening over the past 10 months since the interim government assumed office.

According to a press release issued today, the certified films include 38 full-length Bangla films, 29 full-length English films, 12 short films, and 15 documentaries.

In addition to these, the board reviewed and granted special screening certificates to 484 films submitted by various foreign embassies and curated by film clubs and Chalachithra Sangsad for festival purposes.

The BFCB has also certified trailers for 19 Bangla and English films during this period.
