BNP leader Ishraque Hossain has requested his supporters, who are continuing protest for his swift swearing-in, to refrain from disrespecting leaders and activists of other political parties during the movement.

In a post on his verified Facebook page on Tuesday morning, he gave this instruction to his supporters.

“I humbly request the protesting supporters and voters of Dhaka South City that we should refrain from doing anything that would disrespect the leaders of other political party, except fascist Hasina and her cohorts.”

“We criticize, warn them through political statements and point out their mistakes; but of course, by following linguistic etiquette,”Ishraque Hossain wrote.

The supporters of Ishraque Hossain are continuing their protest for the sixth consecutive day near Nagar Bhaban demanding swift swearing-in of Ishraque as DSCC mayor.
