Man found dead in Moulvibazar

Police recovered a half-decomposed body of a man from a house in Moulvibazar municipality on Saturday.
The body was recovered at around 8:00pm from a rented house in TB hospital road area of the municipality.
The deceased was identified as Sumon Talukdar, 43, was a resident of the area.
It was learnt that Sumon had been living a rented house in the area for long time. But, he has not been seen anywhere for the last few days. Locals informed the police about the matter.
On information, police broke into his room and recovered the body, said KM Nazrul Islam, officer in-charge of Moulvibazar Model Police Station.
The body would be handed over to the deceased’s family after autopsy.
He might have died of s stroke, he added.
