Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo Annual Awards 2023 in London completed:
The Annual Awards Ceremony of Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo was concluded in London in the presence of Speakers, Deputy Mayors, Educationists, Politicians and dignitaries.
With the blessings of inheritance from generation to generation, in the new enlightened trend of the future… there is no substitute for social organizations like the larger Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo for educational development and human welfare.
The speakers said this at the annual award ceremony of Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo 2023.
On Sunday (October 22, 2023) afternoon in a hall in East London under the chairmanship of President Akhtar Kamali and Presented by General Secretary Abdul Awal Kamaly,
Jubo Shongo Former President Sheikh M.A Khalique gave a welcome speech at the annual award ceremony.
Councilor Mr. Zaheed Chowdhury, Speaker of Tower Hamlets Council was present as the Chief Guest at the Annual Award Ceremony held.
The guest of honor was Councilor Mayyum Talukder, Deputy Mayor of London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council.
Councilor Nurul Haque Ali elected from Scottish Labor Party in Aberdeen City Council, Scotland.

Sheikh Faruque Ahmad, former councilor Kahar Chowdhury, Jagannathpur British Bangla Trust former Secretary Angur Ali, Community Activist Abu Bokor Khan, Kalam Azad Former Secretary of Mirpur welfare Trust Uk, Professor Zainal Abedin spoke among others.
Maruf Kamali recited from the Holy Quran at the beginning of the program.
Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo (GSPJS), an educational development and human welfare social organization established in London in 1987, has completed 36 years of good work.
On this occasion, the UK GSPJS Senior Citizen Award was given to 2 senior citizens from among those who have made outstanding contributions to the community in Bangladesh and England by the traditional Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo of Jagannathpur Upazila in the UK through the Annual Award ceremony Programme 2023.
They are Mr Muhammed Abdur Rahim Kamali (Award Winner2022) and Mr Muhammad Muhibul Islam(Award Winner2023), senior figures of the UK community.
On the same occasion, The UK GSPJS Community Golden Award and The UK GSPJS Community Silver Award 2023 were given to the current members of the Greater Shahar Para Jubo Shongo who have made special contributions to the community through the implementation of educational development, human welfare, and implementation of various projects of this organization during the fiscal year.
Sunderland community activist Ataur Rahman received the Golden Award among them.

The Award ceremony 2023 was completed with the participation of everyone in the dinner at the end of the glittering event with the presentation of awards in the presence of distinguished persons
