Sylhet travel agency owner, aide remanded

Sylhet Office : A court here on Thursday (May 30) placed Yahiya Travels proprietor Enamul Huq and his associate Razzaq on five-day remand each in a case over human trafficking.
Sylhet Judicial Magistrate Laila Meher Banu issued the order, at noon.
Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Economy Crime Squad Inspector Shahidul Islam, also investigation officer of the case, sought 10-day remand for each of the duo.
Sylhet’s Fenchuganj upazila resident Mofiz Uddin, whose brother Abdul Aziz died in the Mediterranean boat capsize, filed the case accusing 20 persons including Enamul Huq on May 16.
At least 65 migrants including Bangladeshis died in a boat capsize off Tunisia coast in the Mediterranean on way to Italy on May 9.
Most of the Bangladeshi migrants were from Sylhet.
