Food will be ensured in the flood-hit areas: Prime Minister

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said that every person’s food will be ensured in the flood prone areas. He said, the government has informed the news of the flood in the forecast of the weather. The lack of food is not there, the arrangements have already been taken for that. It is the government’s goal that a person should not suffer from eating.

Today, the Prime Minister went to distribute relief among the flood victims in Eidgah ground in Gobindaganj Sadar of Gaibandha on Saturday. He said these things while addressing the flood victims.

Calling upon the people not to lose the morale of the flood victims, the Prime Minister said, ‘You know, I am always with you.’

Sheikh Hasina said, “It is our only goal to serve you. The government is in the opposition and I have always been in the opposition, always standing beside the Awami League. ”

The schools that have been affected by the floods will be repaired, said the Prime Minister. The new books will be distributed to the students whose bookshops are destroyed, he said.

Sheikh Hasina said the roads were damaged in floods. Road transport and construction minister Obaidul Quader are repairing them. The roads will be set up in the flood prone areas soon, he said. He said that the damaged houses will be repaired.

The Prime Minister said that the government is working to ensure that everybody in Bangladesh lives well. He said, those who burn people with fire, they can not do good for the country. Can destroy. He said, BNP did not go wrong in last election. They operated in Gaibandha and Gobindaganj. MP Liton was killed. We make roads, they ruin. ‘

Upazila project implementation officer Zahirul Haque said after the speech, the Prime Minister distributed 30 kg dry food to each of 3,000 people and aman rice seedlings of 90 people. Then he exchanged views with leaders of local leaders and upazila disaster management committee. After the Prime Minister’s speech, Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya spoke in the address.
