Temple burned; Damages more than lakh taka in Madhabpur

unnamed-3Some unknown miscreants set on fire at Temple. In this incident extensive damage of the Temple has been occurred. The incident of firing took place at Boro Bari Temple of Bulla village under Madhabpur upazila of district Habiganj on Sundy midnight. On hearing the news Madhabpur fore Brigade rushed to the spot and doused the fire.

In the spot of that village it can be seen at the house of Amerendra Roy (Budhu master), miscreants set fire on the Nut Temples of the Goddess Durga Temple. After the incident, local people expressed concern.

Upazila Executive Officer Mokhlesur Rahman informed that Raselur Rahman, assistant superintendent of police, Habiganj, SM Raju Ahmed, assistant superintendent of police (South), Mokatadir Hossain, (OC) visited the spot.

Madhabpur police officer (OC)  Mokatadira Hossain said the incident is under investigation to unearth the mystery. On receipt of complaints legal procedure will be taken.
