15th August, 3rd November and 7th November are interconnected

unnamed-315th August , 3rd November and 7th November of 1975 are all interrelated.  These bloody episodes of 1975 happened one after another.   Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and his family was killed on 15th of August, four national leaders were killed inside Dhaka Central Jail on 3rd of November and on 7th of November General Khaled Mosharrof was killed.  This is how killing of freedom fighters started in Bangladesh.  In a very calculative way, the truth beyond this bloody episodes were hidden from general people and still up until this day, the plotters are carrying on their plots against independence and the sovereignty of Bangladesh.  The speakers told this in a meeting orgnaised by Major General Khaled Mosharrof Bir Uttom Foundation to reminisce national four leaders and Major General Khaled Mosharrof Bir Uttom on 19th November at East London Micro Business Centre in East London.

Bangla Acacdemy award winner journalist Ishaque Kajol presided over the meeting which was jointly conducted by M A Ajij and TV presenter Sajia Snigdha where veteran politician and President of UL Awami League Sultan Mahmud Sharif was present as chief guest.  The special guests were D Nazma Karim, Haris Chowdhury, Ishtiaq Hossain, Shahrin Selim, Raihana Mahbub, Barrister M G Hafiz, Managing Director of Channel I Europe Reja Ahmed Foysol Chowdhury Shueb.

TV presenter Syed Niaz Ahmed Chowdhury recited from the Quran and conducted the Munajat at the beginning.  Rasheda Khan, who is visiting to the UK from Bangladesh, performed Hamd and Nath.

One minute silence was observed following a feature film on Major General Khaled Mosharrof Bir Uttom.

Sister of Major General Khaled Mosharrof Rina Mosharrof delivered the welcoming  speech.

Other guests who addressed the audience focusing on Major General Khaled Mosharrof Bir Uttom and four leaders who were killed in prison included poet Shamim Azad, journalist Matiar Chowdhury, Dr Mokhlisur Rahman, former student leader Mujibur Rahman Joshim, Golam Mostofa and others.
