I never compromised with any wrong in my journalist life, I have been threatened many times by wrongdoers while bringing forward the truth to public, I was given many lucrative offers, however, I have, always exposed the truth regardless of threats or offers made to me. Veteran journalist and Editor of Manab Jamin Matiar Rahman Cowdhury told this in a meeting at Water Lily in East London, which was organised by Greater London Nabiganj Welfare Association to facilitate him.
He also said that he is always proud to be Nabiganji. The People of Nabiganj have never compromised with immoral things and never will.
The facilitation meeting was presided over by President of Nabiganj Welfare Association Nehar Miah Chowdhury and was conducted by Secretary Tuhin Chowdhury and Organising Secretary Forhad Chowdhury jointly.
