People of Mowlvibazar demands naming of an establishment in memory of Syed Mohsin Ali

unnamed (8)People of Mowlvibazar have demanded naming of an establishment in Mowlvibazar district in the name of recently died freedom fighter and welfare minister Syed Mohsin Ali.   Speaker attending the condolence meeting for Syed Mohsin Ali told this.

The condolence meeting was held in Montefiore Centre in East London on 12th October.  The speakers also said that this workaholic Minister worked tirelessly for the people of Mowlvibazar and the rest of the country tirelessly.  Hi identity was not limited as freedom fighter, but a politician and journalist.  He was elected three times as the Chairman of Mowlvibazar.

The condolence meeting was presided over by President of Mowlvibazar Nagorik Committee Jalal Uddin and Member Secretary Abdul Ahad Chowdhury conducted it.

Guests who were present in the meeting included President of UK Awami League Sultan Mahmud Sharif, President of Advisory Committee of UK Awami League Alhaj Shamsuddin Khan, Secretary Syed Sajidur Rahman Faruque, Joint Secretary of UK Awami League Anowaruzzaman Chowdhury and others.

Syed Mohsin Ali’s brother Syed Monohor Ali, journalist Ishaque Kajol, journalist Mokis Mansur Ahmed, Shah Shamim, Sharob Ali, Nurul Haque Lala Miah, Mohammod Ahsan, Ashraf Uddin, Abdul Malik, Hosne Ara Motin, Najrul Islam Okib, Shahab Uddin Sabul, Afjol Hossain, Abdul Qadir, Mahmudur Rahman Mahmud, Abdul Hannan, Mujibur Rahman Jashim, Ruhul Amin Ruhul, Abdul Muhit Afjol, M Rahman Modhu, Tipu Chowdhury, Nurul Amin Chunu, Murad, Taraul Islam, Abdul Hafiz Bakkar, Jobaer Ahmed Selim, Sadek Khan and other took part in discussion on life and work of late Syed Mohsin Ali.
