British celebrity chef Tommy Miah prepared food at Feast Restaurant

Mirror Desk : The authentic dishes of Bangladesh, especially the street food can compete at the world level.  If presented in a proper way, not only Bangladeshis or Indians will be attracted to it, but the people from all over the world will love to taste it. British celebrity chef Tommy Miah and founder of  Indian Chef of the Year Award Tommy Miah said this in in a Special Menu Launce at Feast restaurant at Whitechapel on Thursday 21 st of June.

Managing Director of Feast Sharif Islam, Director Sirajul Islam, specialist chef Edward Lawn and Peter Stewart were also present at the menu launch.  Tommy Miah prepared Bangladeshi dishes along with the Head Chef of Feast which included Aloo Bhorta, Vegetable Biriyani and Kidney Kebab.

MD of Feast Shariful Islam said that we want people can taste the taste of their mum’s cooking at Feast.  He also emphasised that

Feast does not put importance on artificial presentation, it is rather vital for Feast to preserve the healthy qualities of food.

Vegetable based special chef Edward Lawn said that he was really surprised seeing the quality and presentation of food at Feast
