2 BCL leaders killed in Sylhet road crash

Sylhet Office : Two local Bangladesh Chhatra League leaders were killed as a truck crashed into their motorcycle at Goala Bazar in Osmaninagar upazila headquarters on Sunday.

The deceased were identified as Khaled Ahmed, 23, son of Awlad Ali of Eolatail village, and Muhib Miah, 25, son of late Matiur Rahman of Paschim Brahman village in the upazila.

Officer-in-charge of Osmaninagar Police Station Mohammad Shahidullah said the BRTC bus hit their bike around 6pm, leaving Khaled dead on the spot and Muhib severely injured.

Muhib died on the way to hospital.
